Just for overnight stay. Travel agent touring purposes.free car park is good advantage.
Nothing around the hotel. No restaurant.
This hotel was more convenient that staying in the city center. It is a short tram to the center.
Nice and clean rooms, friendly reception staff, very good breakfast, a few stops with tram from city center.
Quite big bed, parking, calmness(I thought must be more noisy because nearest airport), good breakfast
Bad smell in hotel (coridor, outside - garbage beneathe the window), too high price for dinner plates.
The staff were fantastic, they were helpful and friendly. The facilities were fine, we were three people staying in one room and there was enough space for us.
Kind reception staff, free parking and a tram stop 5 min. away
A bit run out, not disturbingly though.
Staff were friendly and courteous, with good english spoken
Obsevation, rather than complaint - The booking was made at the 'Campanile', but the hotel had changed ownership/name to the 'Tulip'.This made looking for the hotel sign confusing. Perhaps an email to me would have helped. Once there the booking was totally correct and expected.
Limited choice on the menu but the food was excellent. Very friendly staff, very good language skills.
A little too far out of the city centre.
Clean basic out of city hotel.
No facilities close by such as restaurants, bars etc. Right in the middle of urban high rise sprawl. Parking facilities poor. Breakfast is extra and costly.
Reasonable location and conditions of the facilities. Good price compare to some of the competitors. Friendly staff at the reception.
The room and reception area looked tired, definitely need to have some fresh ups. If I have a bigger budget for accommodation u would not stay any more, however with the price you pay, you would say that you would come back.
Staff very attentive.
First night of my stay was disturbed due to a large coach party banging doors and talking loudly. The next two mornings was woken up at 0630hrs again by the same people banging doors and talkingshouting outside my door. Afraid I will not be staying there again.
Helpful staff, particularly in restaurant, which was also nice food & good value. Refurbished rooms. Parking.
Rooms can be quite small. Wi-fi Internet in rooms is very unreliable, and can drive you nuts.
I had booked this hotel thinking that it was a different hotel to one that I had stayed in before. It is much improved now, the rooms are a much better standard.
The second set of towels were located in the draw in the main room rather than in the bathroom. We did not find this out until we checked out and I mentioned that there was only one set of towels in the room. An unusual concept
Grubby and dirty room. No bucket for rubbish. No air-conditioning. We asked for a fan to cool the air. The hotel had no fan.(in August). Had to leave window open all night and were infested by mosquitoes. They covered us in bites which, painfully, lasted a week. This took the edge off our travels across Europe. No, we will never stay at a Tulip Inn again!
there was no aircondition and the window could not be opened and it was hot
